Start with the story.

A sequence begins with the thing the viewer needs to understand.

What changes
between the frames?

Describe the message, its audience and the kind of sequence you have in mind. Mention whether there is already an approved script, a rough idea or a defined set of information to explain.

Useful details include the intended length, screen ratio, where the piece will appear and who will produce the final animation. A storyboard can guide production, but voice, sound, editing and finished animation need their own responsibilities.

A short description is enough for an initial enquiry. Avoid sending restricted scripts, confidential product information or private third-party material before the transfer and permissions are agreed.
